Malik Tillman believes Bayer Leverkusen are starting to find their feet again after they made it three straight victories by defeating Eintracht Frankfurt on Saturday.
Tillman was joined on the scoresheet by Arthur and Aleix Garcia as Kasper Hjulmand's team ran out 3-1 victors at Deutsche Bank Park in the Bundesliga.
They have won back-to-back Bundesliga matches either side of a 3-0 rout of Villarreal in the Champions League, after opening the year with three straight defeats.
They now sit sixth in the Bundesliga table, one point adrift of fourth-placed RB Leipzig with a game in hand, and Tillman – who has three goals in his last two games – believes they are on an upward trajectory.
"It's about time I scored more often," the United States international said. "We didn't start the year so well, but I think we're slowly finding our feet again.
"And every win obviously boosts our confidence. Hopefully it continues like this."

Only Alejandro Garnacho (11) and Patrik Schick (nine) have scored more goals than Tillman (six) for Leverkusen this season.
Hjulmand's team host St. Pauli in the DFB-Pokal quarter-finals on Tuesday, with their next Bundesliga game taking them to Borussia Monchengladbach next Saturday.
The former Denmark coach said: "It was difficult. We played a great first half, we played with a lot of control and flexibility.
"We actually had to score the third goal there, then it would all have been over. Overall, however, it was an important three points here.
"We're happy with the result and large parts of our game, and then, of course, there are some things we can and will improve. But we can take a lot of positives from today."
