Dan Sheehan has received a four-match suspension following his "reckless" clearout during the British and Irish Lions' defeat by Australia.
The Lions missed the opportunity to complete a series whitewash over the Wallabies, who prevailed 22-12 in the final Test on Saturday.
Sheehan was cited after the game for a clearout that appeared to make contact with Tom Lynagh's head during the first half.
The Australia fly-half was later forced off after failing a head injury assessment, though it did not prevent the hosts from claiming victory.

Sheehan has subsequently been handed a ban for what World Rugby deemed a "reckless" challenge that went against the law relating to charging into mauls or rucks.
However, it will be reduced to three matches if the Leinster and Ireland hooker completes the governing body's coaching intervention.
