Thomas Tuchel has labelled Harry Kane as "top of the list" of players he has worked with, while the England captain has set his sights on glory at next year's World Cup.
Kane, who missed last week's friendly against Wales due to injury, scored twice as England hammered Latvia 5-0 to book their place at the 2026 edition of FIFA's flagship tournament.
England have now qualified for eight consecutive World Cups, and will be among the favourites to go deep in the 48-team competition next year.
Kane, meanwhile, continued his remarkable form. The Bayern Munich star has plundered 18 goals in 10 games for his club this season, while netting three times for his England.
Asked if Kane, who he also worked with at Bayern, is one of the best strikers he has coached, Tuchel told ITV Sport: "He is on top of the list.
"He is in top shape mentally and physically and full of confidence."
It was a sentiment echoed by Kane, who netted multiple goals in a match for his country for the 13th time, setting a new Three Lions record and surpassing Nat Lofthouse (12) in the process.
"I'd say so," the former Tottenham forward told BBC Radio 5 Live when asked if he was in the best form of his career.
"The numbers are there but the way I feel on the pitch and the way I see the passes and runs, I'm in a good moment. Hopefully, I can keep it going."

England have not conceded a competitive goal under Tuchel, and with the likes of Jude Bellingham and Phil Foden not even included in this latest squad, Kane is hugely excited about what could come next year.
"It was a great game from us. I spoke before about building momentum. Another great camp – we can be proud to qualify with two games to spare – it's never as easy as it looks. Another tournament to look forward to," he added.
"After the Serbia game, I spoke to the group about building the momentum that we are feeling together. It is important to keep that ball rolling. There is still two big games in that November camp. Every moment counts – it is about building something special. We have been doing that over the last few camps.
"I think America next summer will be special, and we will feel that. Never take these moments for granted.
"Sometimes it sounds like you're taking a high risk. Sometimes, if you do it early and win the ball back early, you're the one who has a lot of possession.
"We want to be an aggressive team, and we are going to come up against tougher tests and better teams, so all of this is great practice for when that comes."
