Indiana got all but 11 points from starters Caitlin Clark, Kelsey Mitchell, Makayla Timpson and Aliyah Boston in a 95-91 overtime victory over the Atlanta Dream on Sunday that pushed the Fever’s winning streak to four games.
Clark had 26 points, Mitchell and Timpson scored 20 apiece and Boston added 18 as Indiana (23-12) held Atlanta (21-13) to nine points in the fourth quarter to force overtime and come away with its ninth win in 11 games.
The Fever now lead the Dream by 1 ½ games for fourth place in the WNBA standings and home-court advantage in the first round of the play-offs.
Timpson’s 20 points were a career high, and the second-year forward scored Indiana’s first three field goals in the extra session to help the Fever grab a six-point lead with 2:21 remaining.
Atlanta pulled within two points with 11 seconds to go, but Clark hit two free throws to seal the win.
Clark added nine assists and Boston had 14 rebounds, five steals, four assists and three blocks.
Allisha Gray matched a career best with 32 points and Angel Reese had 15 points, 14 rebounds and six assists for Atlanta, which played without Jordin Canada (illness) and Brionna Jones (leg).

In other action on Sunday, the expansion Portland Fire (15-20) posted an 88-85 victory over the Phoenix Mercury (13-23) for their fourth win in five games, while the Chicago Sky (13-22) ended a six-game losing streak on the road with an 82-80 win over the league-worst Seattle Storm (7-30).
