Derrick White called Boston Celtics team-mate Luka Garza the "ultimate competitor" following the center's impressive performance against the Memphis Grizzlies.
Garza made a season-high 22 points on 75% shooting from the field while also contributing with seven rebounds in the Celtics' 117-112 victory on the road.
Boston were trailing heading into the final quarter, but scored 11 points in the final frame without missing a shot (5/5) to help his side get over the line at FedEx Forum.
Jaylen Brown led the scoring with 30 points, while Jayson Tatum struggled with shots, making just three of his 15 attempted field goals as he finished with 13 points.
The Celtics are now 47-23 on the season, occupying the second seed position in the Eastern Conference, behind only the 51-19 Detroit Pistons.
White, who also struggled with his shooting against Memphis, praised Garza for his impact in a difficult game for Boston.
"For me, he's amazing," said White on Garza.
"He plays so hard for every single second he is out there. He does so many little things for us.
"The ultimate competitor. He made big plays all game, he kept us in it and made huge plays down the stretch."

When asked about his performance, Garza added: "I love being a part of this team.
"We play hard every single night no matter what. I think when you do that, you put yourself in a good position.
"Especially in games like this, you play hard enough, you finally get that rhythm and then everything else takes over."
The Celtics now have a three-game home stretch where they will face the Minnesota Timberwolves, Oklahoma City Thunder and Atlanta Hawks.
