Juventus winger Francisco Conceicao believes the Bianconeri are stronger than Roma and Como as the three teams battle it out for a Champions League spot.

Luciano Spalletti's side are currently sixth in Serie A, just one point behind both fifth-placed Roma and fourth-placed Como ahead of Juventus' trip to Udinese on Saturday.

According to the Opta supercomputer, Como are favourites to clinch the final Champions League spot, with a 38.3% likelihood, while the probability of Roma and Juventus finishing in the top four comes in at 32.9% and 35.4%, respectively.

Since Spalletti's arrival at Juventus (October 30), the Bianconeri have picked up the third-most points in Serie A (35 from 19 matches, the exact same as Como and Napoli), behind only Inter (49) and AC Milan (42).

Conceicao backs Juventus to finish in the top four, insisting that they must qualify for Europe's elite competition.

"I'd say Juve, I don't care about which of the others make it. I care that we are there and that’s what we're working for," said Conceicao when asked who he thinks will finish fourth in Serie A.

"We know we have the quality to stay [in the Champions League]. We have to work hard and win the game [against Udinese]. We have to stay in the Champions League; we have the quality to do it.

"For me, we're stronger, but we have to show it. We have to win to stay up there, and we have to prove ourselves."

Conceicao was also asked about the prospect of compatriot Bernardo Silva joining Juventus in the summer.

The 31-year-old's contract at Manchester City expires this summer, and Conceicao believes Silva would be a great addition to any team.

"I know Bernardo very well, and he’s a great player," said Conceicao. "Every team would like to have Bernardo in their side."

Udinese – Keinan Davis

Following goals against Fiorentina and Atalanta, Davis could score in three consecutive appearances for the first time in his career in Europe's top five leagues and their respective second divisions.

Additionally, the 1998-born player, who has nine goals in the current Serie A campaign, could become only the fourth English player to reach double figures for goals in a single Serie A season, after Tammy Abraham (17 in 2021-22), David Platt (11 in 1991-92) and Gerald Hitchens (16 in 1961-62 and 12 in 1962-63).

Juventus – Kenan Yildiz

Yildiz, who has scored nine goals in the current campaign, could become the first foreign player in Juventus' history to reach double figures for goals before turning 21 in a single Serie A season.

Overall, he would be the seventh player to achieve this feat before their 21st birthday, the last of whom was Roberto Bettega in 1970-71 (13 goals).

MATCH PREDICTION – JUVENTUS WIN

Juventus have won seven of their last eight Serie A matches against Udinese (L1), including the most recent three, conceding just two goals across these eight contests.

The Bianconeri have also remained unbeaten in 14 of their last 15 away Serie A games against Udinese (W10 D4).

Udinese's only home win in this period was a 2-1 victory in July 2020, with goals from Ilija Nestorovski and Seko Fofana completing a comeback after Matthijs de Ligt's opener.

However, Juventus have conceded at least three goals in each of their last four away matches in all competitions; they have never conceded at least three goals in five consecutive official away matches in their history since 1929-30.

Udinese, meanwhile, could remain unbeaten in three consecutive Serie A matches for the first time since last October following their win against Fiorentina and draw against Atalanta.
