Fulham marked what might be Marco Silva's last match in charge with a 2-0 home win over Newcastle United on the final day of the Premier League season.

Silva is out of contract at Craven Cottage and promised news on his future next week after reports of interest from rival clubs.

This performance showed why Fulham are said to be so keen to keep their boss as they dominated Newcastle from start to finish on Sunday.
