Stephen Curry understands the "allure" of wanting a team-up with LeBron James, with the Golden State Warriors interested in snapping up the free agent.
It was announced that James would be leaving the Los Angeles Lakers after eight seasons, but he still has intentions of continuing his playing career.
He will be playing his 24th NBA season and has been heavily linked with the Warriors – and a link-up with Curry – while a return to the Cleveland Cavaliers has also been mentioned.
While any deal about his future is yet to be announced, Curry would welcome the chance to link up with the 41-year-old.
"Up until probably two, three years ago, that was like a pipe-dream question or even a thought," Curry said.
"But that's part of the allure. Him going into his 24th season, me going into my 18th, the battles we've had, that would be such a unique story in NBA history, in sports history.
"But a little premature right now to talk about it.
"It's kind of up to him. I feel like any place he calls and says I want to play there; you move mountains to make it happen."

Golden State have a slight advantage in persuading James to join due to his longtime friendship with Curry and Draymond Green.
Steve Kerr also served as the coach of the United States basketball team at the 2024 Olympics, with James and Curry both on the team.
"The pitch is: Do you want to play good basketball and be around people that know how to play the game?" Curry said.
"Hopefully raise our floor and our competitiveness this year. There's good golf in the Bay. We're an organization that's been there.
"He knows that. That's really self-explanatory. It's a matter of where he sees himself fitting. At the end of the day, that's up to him."
