Luca Koleosho has returned to Paris FC on a permanent deal from Burnley following a successful loan spell in Ligue 1 last season. 

Koleosho has put pen to paper on a five-year deal with Liam Rosenior's side, though the fee remained undisclosed for the 21-year-old Italy international. 

He joined Burnley from Espanyol for a reported £2.6m and went on to make 45 appearances across all competitions, scoring three goals and providing one assist. 

Koleosho's first season in the Premier League was cut short by a knee injury, but he played a pivotal role in helping Burnley return to the top flight in 2024-25.

In September 2024, he signed a five-year contract extension with the Clarets, but he was sent out on a season-long loan with former club Espanyol last term. 

He failed to make an impact in LaLiga and spent the second half of the 2025-26 campaign on loan with Paris, appearing 18 times across all competitions for the club. 

Koleosho registered four goal involvements (three goals, one assist) as Paris finished 11th in Ligue 1, and his return to the French capital was confirmed on Wednesday. 

"Thanks to his first stint with the club, Luca is a player we now know very well. We absolutely wanted to bring him back," Paris sporting director Marco Neppe said.

"Luca is young and has great qualities, his profile fits perfectly with the needs of the team.

"We are sure that he will be able to exploit his full potential here and contribute to the future success of Paris FC."

Koleosho is Paris' sixth signing of the summer, following the arrivals of Emmanuel Mbemba, Lassine Sinayoko, Pablo Pagis, Diego Coppola and Patrick Zabi.

His departure also continues Burnley's summer clear out following their relegation to the Championship last season. 

Jaidon Anthony, Maxime Esteve, Lesley Ugochukwu, Loum Tchaouna and Quilindschy Hartman have all left ahead of their first league game against West Ham on August 16.
